Description: As part of our engineering team, you will manage the development and release of software products. Responsibilities include assembling project team, requirement analysis, project scope and effort estimation, project planning, project risk, schedule and resource, and quality management. So the role will involve extensive planning, communication, coordination with developers and customers, and quality assurance. Fluent English is required.

Knowledge, experience & related skills:
BS Degree in computer science or related field
At least 2 years experience in managing software development teams
At least 5 years experience in software development
Good knowledge of some of the following technologies: CORBA, J2EE/J2SE/J2ME, EJB, HTML/DHTML, XML, LINUX, TCP/IP, HTTP. DB Technologies, SNMP, CLI.
Good knowledge of some of the following languages: C/C++, Java, ASP, Perl, PHP, SQL
Knowledge of full software application life cycle, OO design tools and methodologies
Telecom and data communication domain knowledge is a big plus
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills required
Proven ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
Fluent English (written, spoken)
